How do I return an item?

If you need to return an item: email us and provide us with the following information:

1. The order number from the packing slip.

2. The tracking number on the shipping label if available.

Please note, we cannot accept any returns without original packing and packing slip. Affix original shipping label to all returns, allowing USPS ship products directly to Golfhead, LLC. Unless you tell us otherwise, we will credit your account in full. less shipping charges, upon receipt of returned item(s). Please note, all returns must be shipped within 30 days of receipt, and must be in new, unused condition for full refund.
